Join a neonatal intensive care team where you'll be the night owl, providing specialized care to NICU patients during 12-hour night shifts. Responsible for implementing the nursing process with a focus on neonatal needs, you'll demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership to ensure safe delivery of care. Your role includes mentoring less experienced staff, delegating tasks based on their skills, and maintaining clinical competencies through ongoing education.
