Job Description:

This telemetry nursing role offers a unique opportunity to work across two floors of a Boise hospital, providing cardiac-focused care and general telemetry services during 12-hour night shifts. You'll be floating between the 3rd and 7th floors, managing a variety of patient cases including post-op cardiac procedures, arrhythmia monitoring, CHF, sepsis, strokes, and electrolyte imbalances. Your expertise will be vital in interpreting tele strips, titrating set-rate drips like amiodarone and cardiac vasopressors, and collaborating with RTs for respiratory needs. The unit boasts a supportive environment with charge nurses on each shift and resource nurses available, making this a well-rounded, engaging assignment for experienced cardiac telemetry RNs looking to make a difference while enjoying a flexible, traveler-friendly setting.
