Job Description:

Join a specialized adolescent and adult inpatient mental health unit in Bismarck, North Dakota, for an engaging travel nursing opportunity. This role involves providing care in a locked psychiatric setting with licensed beds, focusing on conditions such as depression, anxiety, psychosis, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse. You'll work alongside a dedicated team, supporting patients through de-escalation techniques, effective communication, and collaborative care. The assignment offers a mix of day and night shifts, with an environment emphasizing active involvement and teamwork. Experience in acute/inpatient psychiatry and comfort with behavioral health challenges will help you succeed in this unique setting.
