Job Description:

Join a dedicated Pediatric Stepdown unit as a Registered Nurse on a 12-hour night shift in the vibrant city of Orlando. This travel contract offers the chance to work within the hospital's pediatric surgical stepdown and PCU floors, providing specialized care for young patients recovering from surgical procedures and medical conditions. You’ll be expected to float within different levels of the children’s hospital, specifically the PCU and med-surg pediatric units, applying your expertise to complex cases that require attentive monitoring and tailored interventions. The role emphasizes your pediatric intensive care experience—no floating from PICU or Pediatric PCU experience accepted—and requires adherence to navy blue scrubs. Expect to work six weekend shifts over a six-week schedule, with a total commitment of 36 hours per week and an overall duration of approximately 13 weeks.
