Job Description:

This contract opportunity is ideal for experienced CVOR Scrub Techs seeking to apply their expertise in a surgical setting that includes cardiac, vascular, and thoracic cases. The role involves assisting in first and second scrub procedures, with a focus on cardiac equipment such as ECMO and intra-aortic balloon pumps. Travelers will have the chance to float to main OR for specialized vascular and thoracic surgeries, providing a varied and engaging work experience. Expect to work 36 hours per week on 10-hour shifts, with rotating days off, and be available for on-call responsibilities that may include weekends and holidays. Proficiency in EPIC and holding current VA licensure are required. This assignment offers a unique chance to refine your skills while working in a supportive, well-equipped facility with adult patients.
