Job Description:

Join us as a PACU Registered Nurse in Rochester, NY, and dive into a lively recovery environment that features Phase I and Phase II post-anesthesia care. You'll be responsible for assessing patients, managing post-op recovery, and supporting patients through their discharge from the PACU. Expect to work in procedures involving Endo/Laparoscopic, Orthopedic, Spine, and Total Joint surgeries. The schedule offers 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM shifts, with a mix of weekdays and two weekend call shifts per month — just enough to keep things interesting without taking over your free time. This assignment is perfect for nurses with at least one year of PACU experience who enjoy a fast-paced, hands-on role in a short-term acute care teaching hospital setting.
