Job Description:

Join a team of skilled MedSurg/Tele RN professionals in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, for a 13-week travel contract working 12-hour day shifts. This position involves managing a variety of neurological conditions, including stroke, epilepsy, and post-surgical neuro diagnoses, on a dedicated unit with a patient census of around 42. The role requires proficiency in IV starts, telemetry, and rhythm interpretation, with a focus on patient safety and rapid response. Be prepared for floating to other MedSurg/Tele units and possible COVID care settings, with a requirement to work every other weekend. This assignment provides an engaging opportunity to handle complex neuro cases in a fast-paced environment without the focus on patient care but on telemetric monitoring and clinical procedures.
