Job Description:

This assignment involves providing specialized pre-operative and post-operative nursing care in an ambulatory surgery setting. You'll work closely with patients undergoing a variety of outpatient procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort from check-in through recovery. The role requires proficiency with Epic electronic health records, as the transition from Meditech is underway. Expect to manage a broad spectrum of cases, including medical, oncology, and surgical patients, with a focus on efficiency and precision in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise in perioperative standards, along with strong critical thinking and communication skills, will be key to delivering quality outpatient care that prepares patients for their next steps.
