Job Description:

Join UAMS as an Interventional Radiology RN in the Cardiac Cath Lab at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. This role involves working closely with diagnostic and interventional heart procedures, especially catheterizations, in a fast-paced, teaching hospital setting. You'll circulate and scrub for adult patients undergoing complex cardiac procedures, utilizing EPIC electronic medical records and supporting the team with venipuncture and other sterile techniques. Expect to wear surgical scrubs, work 10-hour shifts, and participate in call rotations, including weekends and holidays. This assignment offers a chance to refine your IR skills and gain experience in advanced cardiovascular interventions while exploring a vibrant city steeped in southern charm.
