This 13-week assignment places you on a 12-hour night shift at LewisGale Medical Center in Salem, VA, where you'll have the opportunity to focus on caring for post-operative patients, managing drains, and performing wound care in a supportive, fast-paced environment. Expect to work alongside a skilled team of RNs, techs, and coordinators, all committed to delivering top patient experiences. Your role will involve efficiently administering care using Baxter IV pumps, Medfusion pumps, and SCDs, all while maintaining a strong patient advocate mindset.
