Job Description:

Join a supportive team at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville for a rewarding night shift role on the Med/Surg unit. You’ll work 12-hour night shifts, providing essential nursing care in a 34-bed unit that handles a variety of patient needs, including trauma and medical/surgical cases. The role involves starting IVs, managing wound care, maintaining surgical drains, and working closely with patients and their families to create a personal connection. With supportive tech teams on both day and night shifts, you’ll focus on patient comfort and safety while utilizing equipment like telemetry monitors, PCA pumps, and IV pumps. This assignment offers an engaging opportunity to handle a diverse caseload in a fast-paced environment that values your skills in prioritization, multitasking, and compassionate care.
