Job Description:

Join a brand new 15-bed medical/surgical unit in Fargo, North Dakota, where you'll be part of a fast-paced environment handling patients awaiting transfer from the ER. This role involves performing initial admissions, managing general patient care, and utilizing state-of-the-art equipment like Epic, Zebra phones, and Omnicell medication systems. You'll experience the unique rhythm of a busy transfer unit, with scheduled 12-hour rotating shifts, every other weekend and holiday, without calls. This assignment offers a chance to sharpen your skills in a Level I trauma center, working with private rooms and a 5:1 day nurse-to-patient ratio.
