Job Description:

This VAD Coordinator Registered Nurse position offers a unique opportunity to lead patient and caregiver education, manage routine and urgent telehealth calls, and troubleshoot complex VAD equipment issues. The role involves hands-on device management, alarm troubleshooting, and providing expert guidance in both outpatient and procedural settings, primarily focusing on destination therapy with durable devices like HeartMate 3, HeartMate 2, and BrioVAD. Enjoy a steady schedule with day shifts, typically working four 10-hour days in a week, with responsibilities that blend clinical oversight and technical expertise—perfect for a nurse with at least three years of experience and EPIC proficiency.
