Join ThedaCare Waupaca as a Stepdown ICU RN for an engaging 13-week contract working 12-hour night shifts. This role offers the chance to care for higher-acuity patients in a rural hospital setting with a patient census averaging 12-18 beds. You’ll be managing patients on drips, navigating EPIC charting from recent experience, and working alongside a team that values resilience and adaptability.
