Job Description:

Join a fast-paced Med/Surg RN team specializing in Surgical Specialties on night shifts in Columbia, Missouri. This contract position involves managing up to 8 patients in a medium to large acute care setting, including a variety of surgical cases such as robotic hysterectomy, prostatectomy, colon resection, and more. You'll float between two units—Surgical and Orthopedic—and engage in patient care activities like bedside shift reports, discharge planning, and medication administration using advanced equipment like IV pumps and wound management systems. Ideal candidates are experienced, self-sufficient, and comfortable handling a diverse caseload in a collaborative environment.
