Job Description:

This travel assignment is ideal for experienced ICU professionals prepared to work 12-hour night shifts in Nashville. You'll be expected to read telemetry strips accurately, demonstrate proficiency in arrhythmia recognition, and perform moderate sedation and heparin distribution. Prior travel experience is mandatory, and a test on arrhythmias, sedation, and anticoagulant management will be conducted before orientation. The role requires flexibility for floating within your scope, working weekends, and holidays. Reliability and transparency are essential, as the contract can be terminated after three call-outs or if you miss scheduled shifts. Charge or preceptor duties may be assigned and will be reflected on your timesheet. Compliance clearance must be completed 10 days before your orientation date, with setting dates for ICU, NICU, Postpartum, or other relevant specialties in Nashville.
