Job Description:

Join us in a rewarding travel assignment on the acute inpatient rehab unit located in Peoria, Illinois. As a licensed RN with strong neuro skills, you'll be engaged in caring for patients with neurological conditions, post-neurosurgery, amputations, multi-trauma, and complex medical needs, including trachs (non-vented). This position features 12-hour day shifts, offering an excellent opportunity to gain specialized experience in a collaborative environment. Expect to participate in team conferences and work alongside dedicated nurse aides and therapy teams. The unit maintains a 5:1 patient ratio during the day and utilizes telemonitor packs for cardiac monitoring. Responsibility includes learning rehab documentation and QRP procedures under a structured orientation. Your expertise will help make a difference in patients’ recoveries, all while enjoying steady work hours and competitive compensation.
