Join a specialized Pediatric CVICU team at a renowned teaching hospital, where you'll care for critically ill children and young adults with congenital heart conditions. This role focuses on managing complex post-operative patients who have undergone open-heart surgery, with exposure to advanced devices like ECMO, Impella, and renal replacement therapies such as Aquadex. The unit is structured to provide high-level support through a dedicated health care tech and unit secretary, allowing you to focus on delivering expert patient care. Your days will involve working closely with multidisciplinary teams, monitoring advanced equipment, and responding to the acuity of a high-risk patient population in a collaborative environment.
