Job Description:

Join a busy Medical Surgical Oncology unit in Wilmington, North Carolina, as a Registered Nurse focusing on oncology patients. This 12-hour night shift offers the opportunity to work primarily with patients undergoing chemotherapy, biotherapy, and other complex medical conditions such as sepsis, AKI, or diabetic foot ulcers. You'll be administering chemo when needed, managing central lines, and providing wound care, all in a setting that emphasizes teamwork and adaptability. This role is perfect for nurses with at least two years of inpatient experience, especially those comfortable with oncology procedures and emergency protocols. The unit's lively pace and unique storm/hurricane procedures require flexibility and a readiness to respond to disaster situations, making this assignment both challenging and rewarding.
