Job Description:

Join our outpatient clinic team in Duluth as an RN for a contract that offers the opportunity to work in a higher-acuity urgent care setting with a critical decision unit. You'll use your nursing expertise to assess patient health status, determine diagnoses, set goals, and develop and evaluate care plans. This position includes float coverage across multiple locations—Southwood and Townpark—making each shift both engaging and varied. The 12-hour night shifts provide a chance to experience a different rhythm of care while contributing to patient observations overnight in a fast-paced environment.
