Job Description:

Critical care registered nurses specializing in ventilator and Trach care will find this assignment engaging and rewarding. You'll work in a dedicated 10-bed ICU, providing advanced life support, managing ventilators, monitoring vital signs, and assisting physicians with procedures. This role offers the opportunity to respond to life-saving situations using your expertise in assessing patient conditions and implementing care plans. Expect to support patients with severe medical issues—such as trauma, respiratory distress, or post-operative recovery—and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team. The environment requires flexibility, as you'll float to the LTAC unit based on census, ensuring broad experience within critical care settings.
