Job Description:

This Medical Surgical Registered Nurse role offers the opportunity to work night shifts in an acute care hospital setting. You'll manage a typical daily census of around 35 patients, utilizing your expertise in telemetry monitoring, gastrointestinal, and renal care. The shift involves 12-hour nights, providing a rhythm that allows for focused patient care and perhaps a bit of stargazing during quiet moments. Your skills in IV therapy, medication administration, and emergency response are essential as you support patients through complex care plans. Expect a collaborative environment where floating within scope is often necessary, and attention to safety protocols is paramount.
