Job Description:

Join a reputable Women and Children's unit as a Labor and Delivery RN, where you'll have the opportunity to experience a community hospital environment with a focus on independence in patient care. This role involves managing a patient population that includes labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care, with some occasional med/surg overflow. You will work 12-hour shifts, providing hands-on care during active labor and postpartum recovery, including neonatal procedures like APGAR scoring and post-delivery newborn medications. Expect to collaborate with a skilled team, including CNAs, perinatal techs, and occasionally assist with M/S overflow. The assignment offers a chance to expand your skills in a setting that values experience, autonomy, and efficiency, all while supporting new families during their most memorable moments.

Location: Berlin, Vermont
Shift: 12-hour days (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
Duration: 16 weeks, 36 hours per week
