Job Description:

Join Rutherford Regional Medical Center in Rutherfordton, NC, as a Respiratory Therapy professional on a 12-hour night shift assignment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing ventilator support, including Vents, pediatrics, and neonates, within a busy ICU and emergency room setting. You will work alongside dedicated medical staff, providing respiratory support to a diverse patient population, ranging from geriatric to pediatric cases. The assignment offers the unique opportunity to experience the charm of a small town while working in a well-equipped facility with Meditech electronic health records and modern respiratory equipment such as PB 840/980 VENTS and Vapotherm. This contract provides a weekly schedule of 36 hours, with every other weekend rotation and no call requirements, allowing for a balanced work-life experience.
