Job Description:

Join a high-acuity ICU team at a busy hospital in Phoenix, where you'll be providing critical care for patients recovering from complex cardiac surgeries, transplants, and other life-threatening conditions. This 12-hour night shift assignment offers a chance to immerse yourself in advanced procedures like IABP management, CRRT, ECMO, and TAVR, with opportunities to perform bedside procedures such as bronchs, Swans, and epidurals. The role requires a minimum of ICU experience, preferably with CVICU background, and certifications including BLS, ACLS, and CCRN is preferred. Expect to float across various units and collaborate with a dedicated team of PCTs and intensivists, all while maintaining a focus on precise, sterile skills and quick thinking in a fast-paced environment. This assignment offers a unique chance to refine your critical care skills amidst high-acuity cases in a dynamic setting.
