Job Description:

Join a reputable Level I Trauma Center in Memphis as a step-down Registered Nurse, where you’ll experience the intensity and camaraderie of a large hospital setting. This night shift role involves caring for patients in a step-down/med-surg overflow unit, with a focus on those requiring closer monitoring but not intensive care. Your shift will be a 12-hour overnight schedule, offering a unique rhythm unlike traditional day shifts. Expect to handle a patient ratio of approximately 1:6 or 1:7, providing attentive and skilled nursing care during your scheduled nights. If you thrive in fast-paced situations and have at least two years of hospital experience, this contract provides an excellent opportunity to sharpen your skills in a dynamic environment.
