Job Description:

Join a busy acute care hospital in St. Louis, MO, as a Telemetry Registered Nurse on a 13-week travel contract. You'll be providing specialized monitoring and care for patients in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU), working day shifts of 12 hours. This role involves handling patient telemetry, responding swiftly to changes, and collaborating with a team that appreciates both precision and a touch of playlist magic during charting. With a focus on safety and efficiency, you'll come prepared with ACLS, BCLS, and NIH certifications—necessary to keep the rhythm smooth in this fast-paced setting. Weekend coverage is required every other weekend, with flexibility on whether you're scheduled Friday to Saturday or Saturday to Sunday, depending on the rotation. You’ll be floating within your scope as needed, but no on-call hours are required. The hospital utilizes EPIC for charting and offers free parking, making your daily commute a breeze. This opportunity provides around 36 guaranteed hours per week, with a combined weekly gross of approximately $1,975.76, and is perfect for seasoned nurses who thrive in a challenging but rewarding environment.
