Job Description:

Join a healthcare team in Milwaukee for a contract that combines technical expertise with a touch of variety. This role involves working rotating shifts—8 or 10 hours within a flexible timeframe from early morning to evening—allowing you to adapt your schedule while contributing to important cardiothoracic procedures. You’ll need at least two years of experience in surgical technology specific to cardiothoracic cases, with a preference for those familiar with robotic surgery and general service lines. The assignment also includes rotating call shifts on weekdays, weekends, and holidays, providing a well-rounded but dynamic work rhythm. Expect to work with EPIC systems and possibly float within the hospital or to nearby sites within a 40-mile radius, ensuring a diverse and engaging work experience that keeps you on your toes.
