Job Description:

Join our team as an ICU registered nurse in Spencer, Iowa, for a 13-week contract working overnight shifts. This position is perfect for a skilled and compassionate nurse with at least two years of critical care experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing specialized care to critically ill patients, often floating to Med/Surg, Emergency Department, or other nursing departments depending on census needs. Expect to work 12-hour shifts, primarily from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, with occasional weekend rotations. Bring your BLS, ACLS, and NCI or CPI certifications to ensure safe and effective care. PALS and TNCC are considered a bonus. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to deepen your critical care expertise while working in a community-focused setting with supportive colleagues.
