Job Description:

Join our team as an L&D RN at a well-established birthing pavilion in Lebanon, NH. This assignment offers a chance to work in a busy maternity unit where approximately 1,300 deliveries occur annually. The role involves providing specialized care during labor, delivery, and postpartum, with a focus on supporting mothers and their families through the birthing process. You will be working 12-hour night shifts, either on a D/N rotation or solely nights, with a commitment of 36 hours per week. The environment is staffed according to AWHONN guidelines, emphasizing safe nurse-to-patient ratios for various acuity levels, including active labor, cervical ripening, and high-risk cases. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN to make a meaningful impact in a supportive setting that values both professionalism and compassionate care.
