Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as an IMC Registered Nurse in a well-respected Level I trauma center in Springfield, Illinois. This role involves providing advanced care within the Intermediate Care Unit, primarily during 12-hour night shifts. You'll experience a mix of telemetry, neuro stepdown, and cardiac monitoring, with opportunities to float within your scope to meet facility needs. Expect to manage complex cases such as post-cardiac procedures, neurological injuries, orthopedic trauma, and ventilated patients.
