Job Description:

This role involves providing direct nursing care during overnight shifts, where you'll implement and monitor patient care plans, communicate patient conditions, and serve as the main coordinator among healthcare team members. You'll be responsible for noting and carrying out physician and nursing orders, as well as assessing discharge planning needs.
