Job Description:

This 13-week travel assignment places you in the acute rehabilitation unit at a facility in Morgantown, WV. Working 12-hour night shifts, you'll be caring for patients recovering from strokes, TBI, spinal surgeries, and amputations. Your bedside experience will be essential as you monitor patient progress, assist with stabilization, and support rehabilitation goals. The environment demands attention to detail and collaboration, with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5, and intermittent nurse aide support. You'll utilize equipment such as CPAP, BiPAP, trachs, nasal canulas, PEG and Mickey buttons, and NG tubes, with team conferences attended during the day shift. This role offers an engaging chance to impact patient outcomes in a setting where each shift offers new challenges and rewarding progress.
