Job Description:

This rotational night shift position involves working 12-hour overnight shifts at a facility in Eagle River, Wisconsin. The role is perfect for experienced medical-surgical registered nurses who thrive in fast-paced settings and are comfortable floating between units such as Howard Young, Tomahawk, and Rhinelander. You'll be responsible for providing high-quality care to adult patients with a patient ratio of approximately 1:4 or 1:5 during days and 1:6 at night. Charting in EPIC is required, and familiarity with the charting process is essential. This assignment offers a unique chance to experience the beautiful surroundings of northern Wisconsin while working in a supportive team environment. Flexibility with float assignments and scheduled call backs will be part of your routine, making this an engaging and varied position designed for those eager to make a difference in patient care while enjoying an active travel adventure.
