Job Description:

This critical care float pool RN position in Duluth offers a chance to work across various intensive care units, including cardiac ICU and IMC. You'll rotate between day and night shifts—each lasting 12 hours—and have the opportunity to float to lower acuity units based on census needs. The role involves assessing patient conditions, documenting deviations, initiating discharge plans, and ensuring the delivery of age-appropriate care. Expect to manage complex cardiac and stroke patients while participating in patient rounds and ensuring Core Measures are met. The assignment provides a mix of independence and teamwork in a setting that keeps you engaged with a wide variety of cases. Plus, you'll get to experience Duluth’s charming atmosphere—sometimes feeling like a small city with big adventures, especially around the water that lines the city.
