Job Description:

This travel healthcare contract involves supporting the outpatient oncology clinic by triaging and gathering information via phone calls, Teams chat, and MyChart messages. You will collaborate closely with RN navigators and providers to answer questions, coordinate scheduling for labs, appointments, imaging, bone marrow biopsies, infusions, inpatient admits, and other procedures. This role offers the opportunity to gain specialized experience in oncology support, with a balanced 8-hour daily shift over a typical 13-week assignment. The position requires a detail-oriented professional eager to make a difference behind the scenes in patient coordination and care planning.
