Job Description:

Join this engaging observational MS RN role on night shifts at a reputable hospital in Evansville. You'll be responsible for caring for a diverse cardiac and neuro patient population, including those recovering from cardiac cath procedures, post-surgical patients, and individuals with CVA or TIA. Your day-to-night transition involves performing assessments, managing drips like Heparin and Insulin, and executing skills such as insertion of NG tubes and managing indwelling drains. This assignment offers you the chance to work in a collaborative environment with seasoned staff, including a manager with over two decades of experience, and to refine your expertise in EPIC charting and post-surgical recovery. The hospital values its team members' professional growth, and you'll be supporting great teamwork on 23-bed units while floating between nearby campuses as needed—always within your skillset—adding a bit of variety to your nights.

Job Specifics:

Location: Evansville, Indiana
Shift: 12-hour nights, 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
Duration: 13 weeks, 36 scheduled hours per week (option to accept 48 hours upon request)
