Job Description:

Join our cardiovascular team as a Telemetry Registered Nurse on the renowned Cardiovascular Unit in Kalamazoo. You'll be managing patients primarily on cardiac monitors, including those with heart failure, heart attack, stroke, arrhythmias, and chest pain. Your shift will be from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM over three nights each week, with a guaranteed 36 hours. This role offers the chance to work in a 54-bed unit that closely monitors cardiac patients with advanced telemetry and cardiac drips. You'll experience a setting where teamwork and adaptability are valued, especially as staffing adjustments happen to ensure manageable patient ratios—typically 1:5-6, sometimes up to 1:7 during call-ins.
