Job Description:

This travel assignment is ideal for Registered Nurses specializing in medical-surgical telemetry who are comfortable working night shifts in a busy community hospital setting. You'll be responsible for monitoring telemetry on the unit, including on-the-unit monitoring of patients' cardiac rhythms, and will need to be adaptable, as floating within scope to different departments and units is required. The shifts are 12 hours long, from evening to early morning, and you'll be part of a team providing care for a variety of adult patients, including those with post-cath procedures. The role offers a chance to experience a vibrant hospital environment with a staff of around 240 beds, including a 16-bed ICU. You'll work 3 nights a week for a total of 13 weeks, with guaranteed hours, and will need current BLS and NIHSS certifications. First-time travelers are welcome, and the schedule includes a mix of weekend shifts to keep your workweek engaging.
