Job Description:

Join a dedicated med-surg/tele overflow unit where you'll focus on monitoring telemetry and managing patients with complex cardiovascular conditions. This role involves treating dysrhythmias, utilizing technology like Pyxis, Epic, and SBAR, and collaborating with a team that values teamwork and patient experience. With a 1:6-7 nurse-to-patient ratio and CNAs supporting a 1:12 ratio, you'll have the opportunity to deliver quality care within a 12-hour daytime shift. The unit requires prior experience, including a current BCLS certification, and emphasizes readiness to quickly adapt to the fast-paced environment.
