Job Description:

Join this hospital in Marinette, WI, as a Med Surg RN, where you'll work on the IU Med Unit in a Level III Trauma Center with 104 beds. This role involves caring for basic medical and surgical patients, with a focus on telemetry competency. Your day will typically start early with 12-hour day shifts, providing an opportunity to witness the smooth handoff of care between shifts and experience the flow of a busy medical unit. You'll support the unit alongside a dedicated team, including charge nurses, LPNs, and support staff, utilizing tools like EPIC, Alaris, and Pyxis for charting and medication management. This assignment offers a balanced workload where you can focus on patient well-being without the typical hospital hustle, all while enjoying what Marinette has to offer.
