Job Description:

Join the ER as a Nurse Shift Manager and step into a leadership role that blends hands-on patient care with department management. You’ll take charge during 12-hour night shifts at a busy facility, overseeing a team that includes charge nurses, nurse aides, and EMTs. Your experience as a Charge RN or in a management capacity equips you to handle patient triage, IV starts, medication administration, and department support. This setting is fast-paced with fluctuating patient volumes—sometimes serving over 175 ER patients in a day—and requires a team-oriented mindset. The role offers an exciting opportunity to influence department efficiency while maintaining patient safety in a critical environment.
