Job Description:

This traveling RN role places you in a specialized LTAC/Telemetry unit where you'll be responsible for delivering nursing care using the Nursing Process, all while working the overnight 12-hour night shifts. You'll leverage your critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership skills to anticipate patients' needs and ensure safe, efficient care. The position involves managing ventilator/trach setups, central lines, and potentially wound care, with an emphasis on maintaining clinical competencies through ongoing education. This assignment is a unique opportunity to experience a focused healthcare environment in Chattanooga, Tennessee, where your expertise directly impacts patient outcomes. The role demands prior experience with vent/trach, knowledge of central lines, and current ACLS & BLS certifications. Your day-to-day will involve supervising and delegating tasks to staff, maintaining compliance with hospital policies, and fostering a safe care environment — all while working nights in a facility renowned for its dedicated team and patient-centered approach.
