Job Description:

This ICU travel nursing opportunity invites experienced nurses to step into a fast-paced, intensive care setting in San Marcos, Texas. You'll be responsible for managing critically ill patients suffering from conditions such as ARDS, MODS, and complex cardiac issues, often ventilated and requiring vigilant monitoring. With a focus on clinical judgment, collaboration, and advocacy, you'll work nights from 7 PM to 7 AM, providing comprehensive care independently and leading efforts tailored to patients with severe illnesses like STEMIs, strokes, and renal failures. This assignment offers the chance to refine your critical care skills while enjoying a supportive environment that values your expert judgment and teamwork. Be prepared to use tools like EPIC, Pyxis, and Excel to efficiently manage your workload and patient details, all while making a significant difference in the lives of your patients.

Location: San Marcos, Texas
