Job Description:

This travel nursing position involves providing comprehensive patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, and coordinating treatment in a fast-paced hospital setting. You will evaluate patients' physical, psychological, and social needs, review diagnostic results, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care. Expect to engage in direct patient interactions, supervise licensed and non-licensed staff, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
