Job Description:

Join our team supporting adult and older adult patients in a Med/Tele nursing role at AO Fox Memorial Hospital's combined units. As a Med/Tele nurse, you'll provide care on 2 North and the Observation Unit, with the opportunity to float between them based on patient needs and staffing. Your responsibilities will include managing general medical and surgical cases, monitoring cardiac rhythms via central telemetry, administering infusions such as Heparin, Magnesium, and Potassium, and supporting patients with a variety of diagnoses including hypertension, post-operative care, respiratory failures, and infections. You'll work 12-hour night shifts, engaging in meaningful patient care while experiencing a collaborative environment supported by ample auxiliary staff and advanced technology. This assignment offers a chance to sharpen your clinical skills in a setting that balances workload with a dedicated team, all while enjoying the unique rhythms of night shift nursing.
