Job Description:

This scrub tech position involves supporting operating room teams during 8-hour shifts, primarily requiring on-call availability and responsiveness to callbacks. You'll be hands-on in assisting with surgical procedures, preparing instrument trays, maintaining sterile fields, and ensuring all surgical instruments are accounted for throughout the surgeries. This role offers a chance to experience the fast-paced environment of the OR, where quick thinking and adaptability are essential. Unique to this assignment is the expectation of on-call duties—so readiness to respond outside of scheduled hours is a must.
