Job Description:

Join a dedicated Medical-Surgical unit in a critical access hospital, where you'll be trusted to perform assessments, administer medications, and operate infusion pumps with confidence. This role offers a chance to demonstrate your skills in a setting that values teamwork and flexibility. You'll manage patients with conditions such as CHF, bowel obstruction, A-fib, and more, using equipment including Hamilton C1 ventilators, Cpap, and BiPap. Prior ER experience is a plus, but first-time travelers are welcome. Expect to read your own Telemetry strips from Mindray monitors and work alongside CNAs and PCTs to ensure comprehensive patient care. The team here wears scrubs (no particular color required) and operates on 12-hour night shifts, providing you with a balanced work schedule and the opportunity to be part of a close-knit healthcare family.

Location: Oakes, North Dakota
Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Duration: 36 hours per week, approximately 13 weeks
