Job Description:

This role involves 12-hour day shifts from 7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., with every-other-weekend and holiday rotations. With a focus on efficiency and resilience, you'll be helping manage a unit caring for around 100 patients daily, often working with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio.
