Job Description:

This rehabilitation nursing role involves providing care to patients recovering from serious neurological events like strokes, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and amputations. You'll be working 12-hour night shifts on a dedicated unit with a team of multidisciplinary professionals collaborating to develop personalized treatment plans for each patient. Expect a pace that challenges your skills and keeps you engaged, as you support patients through their recovery journey typically lasting around two weeks. The assignment offers the chance to experience a specialized rehab setting where teamwork and patient-centered approaches are paramount. You'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of individuals, including neurologists, therapists, and social workers, all committed to facilitating optimal patient outcomes.
